Tonya J. Cary, LMT, MMP

Tonya completed the basic training for massage therapy and received her Texas license in May of 2000.  She immediately began a mentorship program with a successful Naturopathic Practitioner and the owner/operator of the massage school where she attended.  It was during this time that she gained an understanding of the body systems and how they function.  In 2006 Tonya served as Director of the Massage division of ATI Career Training Center, and after a few years she left that position to follow her true passion of hands-on therapy.  She then started her training for Orthopedic and Medical Massage, and attended training seminars presented by James Waslaski, founder of The Center for Pain Management.  She later received certifications in the Professional Level, Master Level, and Advanced Medical Massage under the leadership and training of T.C. Cameron, owner and CEO of Advanced Bodywork and Massage.

Tonya has since studied a wide range of massage modalities, and over the last number of years she has broadened her skill set in areas which include Myofascial Release Therapy, Orthopedic and Medical Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, TMJ/TMD therapy, Pre & Post Aesthetic Surgery Care, and Oncology/Breast Cancer Rehabilitation.  She has been in association with Advanced Bodywork and Massage for 11 years.

Tonya was raised in a Christian home and to this day she lives by her Christian values and by faith.  She has raised two daughters, Hayley and Shannon, and they have given her four grandsons, Brennan, Brody, Kale and Landry.  She loves spending time with her family and keeping up with their daily lives.

Tonya’s genuine manner and therapeutic touch puts her clients at ease as she assesses every need and applies her knowledge to help resolve their pain.

Bonifacio (Bo) Carrillo, LMT

Bonifacio (Bo) Carrillo is a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in orthopedic massage and deep tissue therapy. His specialty is alleviating both acute and chronic soft tissue injuries, ensuring personalized care tailored to your specific needs.

Bo’s journey in massage therapy began with a commitment to self-care and helping those closest to him. A proud graduate of the North Texas School of Swedish Massage in 2022, Bo is deeply committed to his profession, continually enhancing his expertise in orthopedic and medical massage through ongoing education.

Family is at the heart of Bo’s life. Married to his wife Christina for over 20 years, and a father to two sons—one of whom is now independent, while the younger one is still in high school. Coming from a close-knit family of 11, Bo loves to spend quality time together, reinforcing the values that he brings to his practice.

Bo’s personal mission resonates through his work: “God has blessed me with the gift of helping others, and that is what I plan on doing every day.” He looks forward to meeting each client, understanding their needs, and providing relief from their pain. Cortney Brady

As a lifelong resident of Glen Rose, Cortney is deeply committed to promoting health and wellness in the community. She is a licensed massage therapist with specialties in manual lymphatic drainage, cupping therapy, and cranial sacral therapy. She is also a certified fitness instructor.

Cortney’s holistic approach is supported by certifications in naturopathy, iridology, and yoga. She is dedicated to continuing her education to stay current wit the latest techniques and modalities to further enhance her expertise.

She tailors her services to meet the unique needs of each client, whether the client is seeking relief from muscle tension, relaxation or improve athletic performance.
